His career is defined by versatility, innovation, and impact across industries including RMG, Merchandising and Product Development, F&B, Petroleum, Training & Consulting, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.

Zia has held influential roles in local enterprises, international markets, and Fortune 500 multinationals, bringing a unique blend of global insights and operational expertise. His professional journey includes leadership positions at Summit Communications, S@ifur’s, Careers Hub, Li & Fung, VF Corporation, and Mosat Group (Malaysia), where he consistently delivered sustainable business growth and organizational transformation.

Currently, Zia serves as the Group COO of Creative Business Group (CBG), where he oversees eight diverse business units, including South Asia’s leading IT training powerhouse—Creative IT Institute. His leadership portfolio extends across BPO services, digital production, software development, UI/UX design, video production, interior & exterior design, and EdTech solutions, driving innovation and excellence at scale.
